Bella Jane Boat Trips and AquaXplore – Experience the unforgettable on the Isle of Skye.

Based in Elgol on the Isle of Skye we offer a wide range of wildlife and sightseeing boat trips and tours suitable for all ages and tastes.

The 'Bella Jane' runs trips to spectacular Loch Coruisk and the seal colony in the heart of the dramatic Cuillin Mountains. This is one of the longest established award-winning boat trips on Skye and is a classic in every sense. This tour is rated as Four Star 'Excellent' by the Scottish Tourist Board.

'AquaXplore' is the name for trips on our faster RIBs [Rigid Inflatable Boats] which are wildlife and island sightseeing tours to the Small Isles of Canna, Rum, Eigg and Soay which lie to the west of Skye.

These trips are somewhat more of an exhilarating adventure and are extremely varied since they include not only wildlife watching for whales, dolphins, basking sharks, porpoise, sea and golden eagles and puffins as well as a great variety of other seabirds, but also visit beautiful remote locations and include time ashore on the islands.

Trips on both types of boat range from 1.5 hours to all day in length and include one way trips for walkers at Loch Coruisk and drop-offs / pick-ups for those staying for longer periods on the various islands. Adult return fares start from £12.50 for Bella Jane trips and from £18.00 for AquaXplore trips.
